Please read course information before booking to ensure that the training you book is suitable for you and your dog. If in doubt please email us. To complete your booking, you can pay by BACS or Paypal. Once you have completed the booking process, you will be asked to make secure payment by either of these methods.
Not Sure if what you want to book will be for you?
No worries, We know that sometimes people need a little extra time to make sure that they really is for them, so for this reason we operate a 7 day "think about it policy". This basically means that after you book any training with us you have a whole 7 days to change your mind and get a full refund if you think the training you booked isn't suited to you. There is one thing, if the training falls within the 7 day period - we're sorry we can't offer a refund so close to the event. But, if you are within 7 days of booking, and the event is more than 7 days in the future, and you do decide to cancel, please email us within our 7 day "think about it" period and we will happily refund you right away.
Please note we operate a no refund policy outside of our "think about it" period for all bookings.
If you are unable to attend any of your classes, please inform your trainer as soon as possible.
Torquay Dog Training will do our best to give you the information and training you need for you to train with your dog but we can not guarantee results and you are responsible for your success. There is no time limit on when your 1-2-1 sessions are to be used.
How We Use Your Data
Through our website we collect your name and contact details, including email address, phone number and address. This helps us to contact you about any purchases you make. If you sign up to receive our newsletters, we store your name and email address, so that we can keep you up to date with our news and montor the success of our campaigns.
